| The Royal Advisory Council for Saharan Affairs continues today, Wednesday, April 5, 2006 in Rabat its works in closed session. The council’s Chairman, Mr. Khalihenna Ould Errachid, said in a statement before resumption of works that the council will study the draft rules of procedure prepared by the Technical Committee which was formed yesterday, Tuesday, for this purpose.
