The chairman of the Royal Advisory Council for Saharan Affairs (CORCAS), Mr. Khalihanna Ould Rachid, highlighted, during the 2M TV programme "Moubacharatan Maâkoum" on March 29th, that the establishment of the council as an institution which is directly depending on HM the King will allow the implementation of the Royal policy in the Kingdom’s southern provinces in a transparent, effective and credible way.

 Mr. Khalihenna Ould Errachid, President of the Royal Advisory Council for Saharan Affairs at the Mubashara Maakum" said that , "The establishment of this institution directly associated with His Majesty the King, will enable the application of the wise royal policy in the southern regions with integrity effectiveness and full transparency, he said, adding that the approach of participatory democracy that self-government is based upon will make the young people of the South and all people to restore self-confidence and the confidence in the future.

Khalihenna: the Council will be the main engine to establish total confidence with Saharan population

Mr. Ould Errachid , President of the Royal Advisory Council for Saharan Affairs said in Laayoune that the Council will be an effective mediator to guide Moroccan management to the enactment of a wise, conciliatory and credible policy in the southern regions.
