The President of the Royal Advisory Council for Saharan Affairs, Mr. Khalihenna Ould Errachid held on Wednesday, June 14, 2006 in Rabat, talks with Spanish Ambassador in Rabat Mr. Luis Puchades. Talks focused on the autonomy proposed by the Kingdom to the southern regions, which was announced by His Majesty King Mohammed VI.
