ABC de Sevilla: According to the Moroccan Advisory Council for Saharan Affairs, a consultative body created by the Moroccan government to address the conflict in this region, the "miracle solution" to the Sahara problem is autonomy proposal that the Kingdom is working on and asking for Polisario cooperation in its preparation.

Diario De Sevilla: Sahrawis loyal to the Moroccan king insist on the Polisario to negotiate about autonomy. The Royal Advisory Council for Saharan Affairs insisted yesterday on Polisario to negotiate a way out of the dispute over Western Sahara, which has lasted for more than thirty years. Khalihenna Ould Errachid, the chairman of the Council created by King Mohammed VI last March, revealed some elements of the draft prepared by the Council for submission next October to the UN Security Council.

The chairman of the Royal Advisory Council for Saharan Affairs, Khalihenna Ould Errachid, called on the Polisario Front to join "as soon as possible" the Council created by King Mohammed VI and in the proposal granting self-government for Western Sahara, so as to make "peace, development and decent living definitely "in the region, despite Polisario’s dogmatism inherited from the past“.

He explains the role that should be played by the Canary Islands in order to convince Polisario of the Moroccan project advantages. He denies allegations on Human rights braches in the region and exploitation of its natural resources.
