The Region’s people, wherever they are, be they in the region, in the camps or within the Polisario Front, are in the long run at the core of every Sahraoui citizen, wherever he is.

Within the mission entrusted to the Royal Consultative Council for Saharan Affairs, aiming at defending territorial integrity and national unity of the Kingdom, and in accordance with the provisions of the Cherifian Decree instituting this Council under the number 10.681, issued on Safar 24, 1427, corresponding to March 25, 2006, the Royal Consultative Council for Saharan Affairs held an extraordinary meeting in Rabat.

The Royal Advisory Council for Saharan Affairs held on Monday in Rabat, an emergency session devoted to the negotiation initiative on autonomy submitted by Morocco in April 11 to the current Secretary General of the United Nations.
