Fassi Fihri: Morocco met its human rights obligations unlike other parties

The UN Secretary General's Personal Envoy Christopher Ross announced, on Tuesday, at the end of the 7th round of the closed-door talks that the 8th round of UN-sponsored informal talks on the Sahara will take place in the second half of July 2011 in Manhasset (suburban New York).

The Moroccan delegation expressed its "extreme disappointment" with polisario's refusal to discuss the issue of human rights as part of UN-brokered informal talks on the Sahara, Morocco's Foreign Minister Taieb Fassi Fihri said on Wednesday in Malta.
