The delegation of the Royal Advisory Council for Saharan Affairs represented by Mrs Zahra Al Shakaf and Mrs Maskoula Baamar before the Fourth Committee of the United Nations in New York made two speeches on the status of Sahrawi women in the Kingdom of Morocco, where they have rights and benefits, the issue of humanitarian aid embezzlement in the Tindouf camps as well as the kingdom's efforts to settle the artificial dispute over the Sahara.
