The Yemeni paper (Diyar) said on Sunday, that the return of Mr. Ahmadou Ould Souilem,  founding member of the Polisario Front, who recently joined homeland is the "natural situation that should prevail," arguing that this return and statements, "show Souilem’s great attachment to his country" Morocco.

Thirty years ago to the day, the region of Oued-Eddahab-Lagouira returned to the motherland, a flagship event in the annals of history of the Kingdom, crowning the long struggle for several decades for the completion of the independence of Morocco, consecrating its territorial integrity and achieving national unity.

France on Monday expressed its support to the approach of the new UNSG Personal Envoy for the Sahara, Christopher Ross, which consists of bringing together the parties to the Sahara issue for informal talks in Austria.
