The Republic of Honduras has decided to suspend its recognition of the pseudo "sadr."

The Royal Advisory Council for Saharan Affairs (CORCAS), represented by its Secretary-General, Maouelainin Ben Khalihanna Maoulainin, participated on Tuesday, April 2, 2026, in the opening of the exhibition “Culture in Royal Speeches,” organized by the Ministry of Youth, Culture and Communication and the National Library of the Kingdom of Morocco.

The Republic of Ecuador reaffirmed on Friday its support for the autonomy initiative presented by Morocco in 2007, describing it as the only serious, credible, and realistic resolution to the regional dispute over the Moroccan Sahara.

The High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy and Vice-President of the European Commission, Kaja Kallas, affirmed, on Thursday in Rabat, the new European position on the Moroccan Sahara, considering that "genuine autonomy could represent a most feasible outcome" for a final resolution to the regional dispute.

The Gabonese Republic reiterated on Tuesday its support for the Moroccanness of the Sahara, welcoming the historic adoption of United Nations Security Council Resolution 2797.
