The legal, social and humanitarian confusion that prevails in the Tindouf camps is used to hide violations by Polisario leaders of the rights of women held against their will in the Tindouf camps, underlined Wednesday several participants in an international conference on "The protection of women during humanitarian crises".

The Consulate General of the Kingdom of Morocco in Brussels has chosen to commemorate the day of March 8th by showing solidarity with women in captivity in the camps of Tindouf, in Algeria, via the organization of an exhibition dedicated to them.

The fate of the thousands of Sahrawi children kidnapped from Tindouf, Algeria, to Cuban camps was at the center of a virtual meeting organized by the Think Tank Polisens in Ottawa, in the light of the "Vancouver Principles on Peacekeeping and the Prevention of Recruitment and the Use of Child Soldiers".

Member of the Royal Advisory Council for Saharan Affairs (Corcas) Saadani Maoulainine, asked last Thursday in Geneva Polisario leaders respect the promotion and protection of children rights and participate seriously in the establishment in the Sahara, of the peaceful and just autonomy solution proposed by the Kingdom of Morocco.

The Royal Advisory Council for Saharan Affairs (Corcas) takes part, within the official delegation of the Kingdom of Morocco, in the work of the 43rd session of the Human Rights Council (HRC) which started yesterday Monday February 24, 2020 at the Palais des Nations in Geneva and will continue until March 20.
