Council chairman receives journalist from "Associated Press" news agency

Mr Khalihna Ould Errachid, chairman of the Royal Advisory Council for Saharan Affairs received at the Council headquarters on Wednesday in Rabat, Mr. John Thorn from "Associated Press" news agency. During the meeting which was attended by Dr. Maoulainain Ben Khalihenna Secretary General of the Council, Mr. Khalihna discussed the Council's compositionand the various tasks entrusted to it.

All the fuss around the festivities commemorating the 31st anniversary of the so-called Sahrawi Arab Democratic Republic “RASD” and the ceremony expected in this regard on February 27th in Tifariti is summed up in 80 small tents, each one will be occupied by two women, and eight traditional tents equipped with a generating set and a mobile canteen.

Mr. Khalihenna Ould errachid, President of the Royal Advisory Council for Saharan Affairs said that the United States, France, Britain and Spain welcomed the autonomy proposal in the southern provinces as a way out, which would lead to stability in the region.
