Bayan Al Yawm: The chairman of the Royal Advisory Council for Saharan Affairs revealed a new methodology in approaching the Sahara issue under the broad autonomy chosen by Morocco. Regardless of what this methodology can be described, whether it is alternative or parallel, this does not tend by nature, daring and positive consideration to this complex and thorny issue from the perspective of broad and realistic overcome desire and firm will to conduct a genuine reconciliation between the state and its citizens, including Moroccan including those who have chosen the specific historical circumstances logic of separation.
