Tanzanian Foreign Minister declared that understanding the Sahara issue depends on knowledge of the history of colonization in Morocco

Mr. Khalihenna Ould Rachid, chairman of the Royal Advisory Council for Saharan Affairs (CORCAS) received on Monday at the Council headquarters in Rabat, Mr. Bernard Kamillius Membe, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of Tanzania, who is currently visiting Morocco, carrying a letter by Tanzanian President to HM. King Mohammed VI.
