The delegation of the Consultative Council of Human Rights (CCHR), led by its president Ahmed Herzenni was received Tuesday in Bogota, by Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ms. Clemencia Forero Ucros.

The decentralized cooperation agreement signed Tuesday between the Moroccan city of Dakhla and French city Creil, constitutes an act of twinning that will open significant opportunities for bilateral cooperation, said the Mayor of Creil, Jean-Claude Villemain.
