Morocco welcomes with satisfaction the Security council’s new resolution on Sahara

The Moroccan ambassador, and permanent representative to the United Nations Mr El Mustapha Sahel  underlined that  the Kingdom of Morocco welcomed with satisfaction the new resolution (1783) adopted earlier by the United Nations security council on the Sahara issue .

An association calls Italian NGOs on the fate of the missing and detainees in Tindouf

The National Association of Families of Martyrs, missing and detainees in the Moroccan Sahara has sent letters to several Italian NGOs related to "violations and abuses" recorded in this humanitarian issue, as well as practices of the Algerian authorities and Polisario torturers.

Over 120 British MPs support Moroccan Autonomy Plan for Sahara

 A hundred and twenty-one members of the British House of Commons have signed a motion that lends support to the Moroccan initiative to negotiate an autonomy statute in the Sahara region in a bid to solve the 32-year-old dispute over this former Spanish colony.
