The Moroccan autonomy initiative is an answer to the Security Council appeal for a political solution, underlined on Wednesday the deputy chairman of the CORCAS Mr Khaddar EL Moussaoui.

Mrs Gajmoula Ebbi, member of the Moroccan parliamernt and also Corcas, Mr Bellali Brahim corcas’s reporter of human rights commission, and Mr Sidati Ghallaoui former Polisario ambassador in Rome, Greece and Vatican have taken part of a press conference at the Palais des nations in Geneva, they have clarified in this press conference different aspects of the Sahara issue, and the autonomy project proposed by Morocco.

The tragedy of the Tindouf camps population requires special attention from the Human Rights Council

Members of the Moroccan delegation to the second round of the Sahara negotiations which took place the 10th and11th of august   at Manhasset, suburb of Newyork, expressed their optimism, and confidence in the on going process, regretting the stiff position of the other party.

The Program Presenter: You came from the Sahara and you returned to Morocco and you met with members of the Polisario front. From a psychological point of view, how did you receive the negotiations and how did they start and how did they end?
