The chairman of the Royal Advisory Council for Saharan Affairs, Khalihenna Ould Errachid, met Tuesday, October 31, 2017, with Speaker of the Parliament of the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS), Moustapha Cisse Lô, who is visiting Morocco at the head of a large delegation October 26-31.
