Guinea-Bissau affirmed, Tuesday before the United Nations Fourth Committee, its support for the autonomy initiative proposed by Morocco to resolve the conflict over the Moroccan Sahara.

Senegal affirmed, last week, before the 4th Committee of the United Nations General Assembly, that the Moroccan autonomy plan "remains more than ever an appropriate framework for a happy and final outcome" to the artificial regional dispute around the Moroccan Sahara.

Kuwait reaffirmed, on Tuesday before the 4th Committee of the UN General Assembly, its support for the Moroccan autonomy initiative as a "constructive alternative" to reach a mutually acceptable solution to the dispute over the Moroccan Sahara.

The Republic of Yemen hailed, before the 4th Committee of the United Nations General Assembly, the efforts by the Kingdom of Morocco to reach a just and lasting political solution to the Sahara issue.

The Central African Republic welcomed, on Friday before the 4th Committee of the UN General Assembly, Morocco's efforts for the development of the Sahara region, in particular the socio-economic and infrastructure projects that "proceed from the Moroccan autonomy initiative."
