Gabon reaffirmed Friday its support for the Moroccan autonomy initiative as the only basis for a just and lasting solution to the Sahara regional conflict.

The Moroccan autonomy initiative in the Sahara is the only "credible" and "salutary" outcome for peace and stability in the region, said Friday Comoros Foreign Minister, Dhoihir Dhoulkamal.
