The United Kingdom reaffirmed, Wednesday in London, its support to the UN Security Council Resolution 2602 which welcomes the "serious" and "credible" efforts of Morocco to resolve the conflict over the Moroccan Sahara.

The Moroccan minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation and Moroccans Abroad, Nasser Bourita, on Monday held talks in Budapest with the Hungarian Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade, Péter Szijjártó.

Switzerland reiterated, Friday, its support to "serious and credible efforts of Morocco aiming at a political solution based on compromise" to the Moroccan Sahara issue, while affirming having taken note, in this sense, of the autonomy initiative presented by the Kingdom.

The recruitment of children in Tindouf camps, in Algeria, by the “Polisario” is considered as a war crime, said Morocco’s permanent representative to the UN, ambassador Omar Hilale.

By seeking escalation against Morocco, Algeria is trying to "evade and conceal" a "critical" socio-economic situation on its territory, said Permanent Representative of Morocco to the UN, ambassador Omar Hilale.
