Egypt reaffirmed, on Monday, its support for the territorial integrity of the Kingdom of Morocco and its commitment to the UN-led process to settle the Moroccan Sahara issue.

Belgian figures from various backgrounds have launched in Brussels a platform of support for the Moroccan autonomy plan for the Sahara.

Morocco's autonomy initiative for the Sahara is the only basis for peace and development in the region, according to Chilean expert in international relations and president of the Africa Latina International Foundation, Antonio Aguilar.

The Central American Parliament (Parlacen) expressed its "sincere congratulations" to Morocco following the efforts made by Rabat and Madrid to "end the dispute over the Moroccan Sahara."

The celebration of the 66th anniversary of the national day of Moroccan diplomacy is intended as a message of recognition of HM King Mohammed VI's continued commitment and constant efforts in defending national sovereignty and consolidating the Kingdom's foreign policy, said Tuesday in Rabat, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation and Moroccans Abroad, Nasser Bourita.
