Prime Minister Abbas El Fassi held talks Tuesday at United Nations headquarters in New York with King Mswati III of Swaziland, including bilateral relations and latest developments in the Sahara issue.



"I am convinced that the Moroccan government is firmly on track for a final settlement" of the problem of the Sahara, said the King of Swaziland to the press after this interview, making the hope that the process will lead to a lasting solution to this dispute.
 
King Mswati III also indicated that his meeting with Mr. El Fassi was an opportunity to make "profound and useful" discussions on ways to further consolidate bilateral relations. 
 
The interview, held on the sidelines of the 63rd session of the UN General Assembly, took place in the presence of the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation, Mr. Taib Fassi Fihri.
