Around 60 youths took part in this summer camp from different regions of Spain, in addition to the sons of members of the Moroccan Alternatives Forum in the southern provinces. 

In a statement to the press, the Forum president, Mr. El Bachir Dkhil, said that the organization of this summer camp aims to build bridges of communication, forge bonds of friendship between participants and inform the Spanish Youth on development witnessed in the southern provinces, "away from all rumours circulated by the enemies of the country's territorial integrity."

This summer camp, he added, is an opportunity to foster harmony and exchange of ideas and experiences in the cultural, social and religious fields.

In addition to a series of cultural and leisure activities, the programme of this event provides the organization Saturday in Laayoune, in coordination with the Laayoune-based local council of ulema, a symposium on the alliance of civilizations.

The program also includes visits to the region and a trip to "Naila" reserve 220 km away from the city of Laayoune.
