The Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation and Moroccans Abroad, Nasser Bourita, received, on Tuesday in Rabat, a delegation of British Conservative MPs from the House of Lords, visiting Morocco.


In a statement to the press following these talks, MP Lord Stuart Polak welcomed the positive relations between London and Rabat, stating that the parliamentary delegation is visiting Morocco to learn from Morocco and encourage continuation of actions in various fields.
The Conservative MP also indicated that the delegation will continue its visit to Morocco, visiting the southern provinces to better understand the situation in the Moroccan Sahara.

The British delegation, made up of Lords Stuart Polak, James Arbuthnot, Alastair Colin, Leckie Campbell and Eric Pickles, also held talks with the Speaker of the House of Councillors, Enaam Mayara, on ways to strengthen and consolidate the parliamentary cooperation relations between the House of Councilors and the British House of Lords.
