"We call for the formation of a new delegation whose members would be really competent and who would have enough conscience to negotiate the enlarged autonomy plan proposed by Morocco," says "Khat Achahid" in a press release, the outlines of which were published Tuesday by "Liberation" paper.

The dissident Polisario movement also called for the opening of an international inquiry into the serious violations of human rights perpetrated in the Tindouf camps, asking that international NGOs be allowed to visit Tindouf to see the "catastrophic situation" in the camps of shame. 

"Khat Achahid" asked Algeria to "stop interfering" in the affairs of Saharans. Algeria must stop interfering with "the steps that we carry out as Saharans," according to Polisario dissident movement.

Referring to the pseudo Tifariti Congress, "Khat Achahid" states that "it is the same gang of thieves, corrupt and proslavers who were re-elected", regretting that opposition forces have not hitherto been entitled to express their differences.
