Mr Ahmed Harzeni indicated at the time of this event which deals on the national level with 1200 beneficiaries, that this meeting is taking place within the framework of the application of recommendations of the institution of fairness and reconciliation.

He added in this regard that the agreement concerning this medical cover was signed recently, and that it was the last achievement of late Driss Benzekri

“We are proud in the ACHR  that  the application of this cover becomes possible today, and that a number of victims and their children could  benefit of the  obligatory system of  medical cover like all citizens who have this cover…”

The first distribution took place, by giving the signal of starting the distribution in the provinces of the Sahara region, this operation affects in the southern provinces 3448persons, (victims, and those  who are concerned.)

The administrative regional delegation of  ACHR at Laayoune is  in charge of getting documents required in order to benefit of this medical cover, it will be in charge as well of sending received files to the council which will be in charge of the process of preparation of cards for beneficiaries
