According to the same sources, a secret commission is currently concentrating on the establishment of a list of faithful deputies to Mohamed Abdelaziz strategy in order to exclude all executives from the Polisario in dissension with the pursued policy.

The current direction would like to establish the agenda and take decisions before the opening of the congress to avoid any protesting debate.

In the end, it is clear the reason of delaying the congress since 2006 (from October 2006 to October 2007 then from October 2007 to December 2007) is that the direction of the Polisario is thinking of holding an antidemocratic congress, to exclude dialog and to perpetuate the same totalitarian policy inherited to the cold war. They also want to support the same direction having failed in the past to find an honourable end to this conflict which has been lasted for a long time.
