The government of Spain defends the centrality of the United Nations and wishes to contribute to the efforts of the UN Secretary-General to achieve, in accordance with Security Council resolutions, a just, lasting and mutually acceptable political solution" to this conflict, the Spanish official stressed in his speech to the 74th session of the United Nations General Assembly, which is being held in New York.
