The chairman of the delegation, Chief of Staff of the Beninese Ministry of decentralization, local governance, administration and planning, Enoc Gouroubera said he was fascinated by the momentum of development in the province Smara, particularly in terms of integrated territorial development.

The Beninese official praised the Moroccan model of decentralization and the political will of all economic and social actors at the local level and their contribution to the translation of royal directives into human development programs and projects for the promotion of social and solidarity economy.
In addition to Mr. Gouroubera , Beninese delegation, arrived Thursday in Smara , included delegate of land developemnt , Severin K. Nsia , Head of Department of Sectoral Strategies and Services to the Delegation of Planning , Ulrich Adounovo , and head of the planning department of the institutional environment in the delegation of planning, Mouisa Djibril.
