This position was expressed during an audience granted to the foreign affairs and cooperation minister Mr Saad Dine El Otmani during the sixth session of the joined Moroccan Guinean commission , held on the 23 and 24 of august in Conakry
In this occasion, the Guinean president has mentioned the historic and exceptional character of relations between the kingdom of Morocco and the republic of guinea, expressing the will of his country to implement a south / south partnership with Morocco
He also put Mr. EL Otmani in charge of conveying his thanks to his majesty King Mohammed VI for Moroccan contribution in the socio-economic efforts of Guinea
The works of this sixth session of the Moroccan Guinean joint commission have allowed examining the state of promotion of the bilateral cooperation and identifying actions in various areas, in order to strengthen the partnership between the two countries
Several agreements have been signed in his occasion by the two parties, particularly in the fields of energetic cooperation, handicraft, and Islamic affairs.
