The UN Security Council will devote its April 17 meeting to consider the report on the Sahara that will be submitted soon by the Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon, according to the office of the UN Spokesperson.
The fifteen members consider to meet April 24 for the adoption of a resolution extending the MINURSO mandate, according to the agenda of the UN Security Council, whose presidency for the current month is provided by the United States. The MINURSO mandate expires end of April.
