After kissing your hands, and expressing obedience and loyalty obligations, your servant Khalihenna Ould Errahid, chairman of the Royal Advisory Council for Saharan Affairs, is honoured to submit to Your Majesty, a message of loyalty and dedication, on the occasion of the conclusion of the second regular session of the Council in December 2006, held in the city of Rabat on December 21,22, 2006.
Majesty,
This is new session was an opportunity to your loyal members at the Royal Advisory Council for Saharan Affairs to express their sincere national will and patriotism, through their active participation throughout the session, whose the agenda focused on the study of housing issues in the southern regions within the framework of sustainable development to strengthen their infrastructure, according to your majesty wise strategy, aimed at improving the living conditions in these regions
All members of your majesty’s Council responded fully and completely with the proposed program, which was viewed in detail. This future program for housing and reconstruction in the southern regions, aiming at eradicating all forms of inadequate housing and haphazard construction. It was made an urgent program mobilizing all the necessary capacities to ensure the success in a short time.

The members of the Royal Advisory Council for Saharan Affairs discussed thoroughly this program is and gave perceptions of achievement and working methods so as to ensure the full success of this project, which is given major priority by your majesty in response to all the inhabitants needs and which will be a model in this area.
We take this opportunity to reiterate to your majesty deep pride, gratitude and appreciation to your Highness for the care you accord to the Council’s works so that it can perform the tasks set by your majesty.
May Allah preserve you, as He preserved the Holy Quran, and may Him help you remain an asset and refuge for this nation. May God bless HRH crown prince Moulay Al Hassan, His Royal Highness Prince Moulay Rachid, and all your Royal family.
