Mr. Hamdi Ould Errachid: the first part of the session is political i.e. coincidence with the Polisario congress. The session also supports the royal serious initiative, which has become recognized by the world. We did not overlook the parallel with the development side, including transportation and urban roads.    

Amar Cheikh: The first part was devoted to the important project submitted to His Majesty the King, which self-government as a solution to our national cause. Everyone hopes that the other party leave aside futilities and enter into serious dialogue to put an end to this artificial problem. 
 
Izza El Klili: Indeed, this session is very important because of the topics raised, there is the issue of self-government, which is the solution to the dignified return for all who Saharans on the other side. It is also a development tool in these areas. The second topic is the subject of air transport and road conditions in the southern regions. Today we are happy for of the achievements which will be completed in this context.

Ali El Mazliki: Politically, autonomy confirms it is the only choice that should be applied. It is the project that will ensure reconciliation and dignified return for our brothers in the Tindouf camps. The second part on development concerns road and air transport network. Naturally, good work has been done in the past years, and now there is an important project submitted by the ministry concerned.

Boukhari Mouamel: the session was successful in all measures, like the rest of the sessions. Today we considered the theme of transport in the southern regions of what has been achieved since the recovery of these territories. The Minister of Transport gave a valuable presentation on this subject, both for the past and the future. If this project is implemented the southern provinces will have good air and air transportation network, at the regional and national levels.
