After extending obedience and loyalty obligations, your servant Mr. Khalihenna Ould Errachid, chairman of the Royal Advisory Council for Saharan Affairs, is honoured, on the occasion of the conclusion of the Council’s second session held on 25 and 26 December 2008 at the Academy of the Kingdom in Rabat, to express on his behalf and on behalf of all the Council’s members the loftiest loyalty and dedication duties to your person and to the Alawit Throne, their mobilization behind your leadership to engage in all your efforts for the prosperity of your Kingdom.
Majesty, this session is a continuation of the former works carried out by the Council. It focused on issues of social and development dimension, being the basic lever for human development that marked the modern history of Morocco under your wise leadership.
During the session, the Council’s members examined all positive achievements made on the ground since the recovery of the territories to the motherland. They registered with pride and satisfaction the progress and growth witnessed in these areas in the field of education and training. In addition, the Council members discussed, during their constructive and responsible statements the characteristics and current status of this sector in all aspects and which were submitted to your Majesty.
As for the issue of good governance and addressing the misuse of human rights, they were also subject of serious discussion by all interveners who praised the experience of the Southern Provinces under the reign of your Majesty. On this occasion, they expressed their satisfaction over the development in this area reiterating their pride and standing as one behind your Majesty against all malicious exploitation in the field of human rights, blocking every allegation against our invincible national unity and territorial integrity.
May Allah preserve you, as He preserved the Holy Quran, and may Him help you remain an asset and refuge for this nation. May God bless HRH crown prince Moulay Al Hassan, His Royal Highness Prince Moulay Rachid, and all your Royal family.
