On the agenda of this session, which will continue for two days the discussion of two themes relating to the Education Sector and Training in the South" and "Good Governance and fighting malicious exploitation of human rights ". 

The opening session, chaired by the President of CORCAS, Mr. Ould Errachid Khalihenna, was attended by the Interior Minister, Mr. Chakib Benmoussa, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation, Mr. Taib Fassi Fihri, Minister of National Education, Higher Education, Training and Scientific Research, Mr. Ahmed Akhchichine, Minister of Employment and Vocational Training, Mr. Jamal Rhmani, Secretary of State for the Interior Minister, Saad Hassar, Secretary of State in charge of Education, Ms. Latifa El Abida, chairman of the Consultative Council on Human Rights, Mr. Ahmed Herzenni and the wali of Diwan Madalim, Mr. M'hamed El Iraqi.
