Mr. Moussaoui Khaddad First Vice-President of the Royal Advisory Council for Saharan Affairs, said autonomy in the southern provinces under Moroccan sovereignty is the only possible solution to the Sahara conflict, without winner or looser.

Mr Khadad added, during his participation, while heading a delegation of the royal advisory council for Saharan affairs, in the 14th summit of the countries of non -aligned movement that the only possible solution for the Sahara dispute will be to grant the southern provinces of the Kingdom a substantial autonomy, which will allow Sahraouis to run their own political, economic, social and cultural affairs within the framework of the Moroccan sovereignty.

Mr Khadad made it clear, that the Royal advisory council for Saharan affairs aims at taking part in the process of achieving reconciliation between Sahrawis .
