The southern provinces of Morocco are accessible at all times to all official delegations of the United Nations as part of their assessment missions for human rights in the region

The works of the Human Rights Council continues at the Palace of Nations in Geneva. The promotion of human rights in the Kingdom of Morocco especially in the southern provinces is discussed.
A Saharawi delegation representing the Royal Advisory Council for Saharan Affairs participates in the works to counter the claims of Polisario and Algeria regarding respect for human rights in the southern provinces of the Kingdom.
After outlining the autonomy initiative in the Sahara and in Human Rights progress since 1999 recognized by the international community, the Corcas delegation discussed the systematic and daily violations of human rights in Tindouf camps committed by Polisario leaders on Algerian soil; it stressed categorical refusal of Algeria to register, and thus identify Sahrawis detained against their will in these camps.

Moreover, Corcas delegation reiterated denial of access to the Tindouf camps for over a decade, by the UN representatives of human rights; adding that, contrary to what is said by the opposing parties, the territory of the southern provinces of Morocco is accessible at all times to all official delegations of the United Nations as part of their evaluation of human tasks rights in the region.

Mr. Moulay Ahmed Mghizlat, Corcas member is among the Sahrawi delegation.
