In an open letter sent to  Kerry Kennedy chairwoman of this center , published on Tuesday in Paris , the young sahraoui researcher underlined that this observation mission which supposed to be neutral and objective has “completely missed” its stated objective” to end up  being an operation of ” manipulation of human rights for political purposes”
 
On the basis of well read documents of statements and reports of this center and its officials since 2008 , Mahraoui has established that his mission is “ organized within a political agenda” lead in collaboration with Algeria in particular , Polisario , and Aminatou Haidar, for the only aim to make use of  human rights in order to tarnish the image of Morocco;  while the international community recognizes the indisputable respect human rights  practices in Morocco.
 
In this open letter , equally on the basis of the video tapes and statements , he gives in particular the proof of” partnership” ( a term used by the senior legal officer of this center,  BOI-TIA Stevens) sealed by Kennedy center with Aminatou Haidar since 2008 .

Again “the approach of your center can not be objective” writes Mahraoui to Kerry Kennedy, reminding her of this” partnership “engaged particularly with her ally in the affair Suzanne Schiole , chairwoman of” defense forum foundation” which has orchestrated the handing over of a price to Haidar in 2009  in the USA , with the presence of the Algerian ambassador  warmly thanked, being the co- host of the ceremony attended by representatives of the Polisario front .
 
This episode supported by other public positions as well as the exclusivity granted to Aminatou Haidar by Kerry Kennedy , during her trip to laayoune last august “ shows the synergy between Kennedy center and Aminatou Haidar and the use of human rights to reach the unavowed political aims” underlines the spokesman of the” association of Moroccan sahraoui tribes in Europe”
 
The association equally regrets “obvious biased gestures, reactions and words used by the Kennedy center and its chairwoman which  should not be the case with a person who leads a neutral and impartial objective”

Itemizing facts and gestures of Kerry Kennedy in the Moroccan Sahara where she has practically speaking stayed at haidar’s home to receive and discuss “only representatives of pro – Polisaro associations” Mahraoui rebels against the fact that Kerry Kennedy did not meet dissidents and other victims of the Polisario in Tindouf camps .
 
In such conditions, how can somebody believe in Kennedy’s neutrality when she said in Tindouf that she put haidar in charge of gathering testimonies of women who have presumably been subject to human rights violations in Morocco whereas this same person “ generously supported” by the center “ hides the alarming situation of our sahraoui populations in  Tindouf , supporting even those who endure this situation”
 
He does reproach to this mission to have not whispered a word in Algeria about the suffocation of the voices of opponents who have been taken away under the orders of Mohammed Abdelaziz towards unknown destinations.
 
He reminds her that “several opponents to Mohammed Abdelaziz” were hoping to meet the delegation and have even defied banning and the heat” in order to “alert your delegation about the suffering and the violation of human rights performed by the leadership of the Polisario”
 
He then cited members of the families of political prisoners held in the Polisario prisons , journalists who have been recently dismissed from their jobs, particularly karama Ould Dich “ a known dissident , who threatened to give you a document which reflects the  criminal acts of a number of Polisario officials “
 
To conclude, the delegation “did not want to seize the opportunity granted to it, to give proof of neutrality and objectivity concerning the reality of human rights in the Saharan provinces of Morocco as well as in Tindouf camps”
 
As a matter of fact, Kennedy center is an accomplice of a “manipulation of human rights for political purposes” which strongly denounced by the association of Moroccan sahroui tribes in Europe writes its spokesman.
