In this context, the Delegation noted that the initiatives of Morocco are in line with the call of the Security Council in this regard, discussed in detail in paragraph 120 of the Report of Mr. Ban Ki-moon, as constructive proposals of the Kingdom specify the need to "deepen the discussion on good governance to give the best sense of the content of autonomy in accordance with international legality", and " adapt the choice of the referendum plan with autonomy that has demonstrated compliance to self-determination. "

On the other hand, Morocco demonstrated its commitment to further negotiations by making innovative proposals in the last round of informal talks, which was the subject of congratulations to resolution 1979, which supported the densification of informal talks, insisting on the centrality of the political process, which is considered the only way to resolve the regional conflict.
