Corcas chairman said in statements to Moroccan TV channels after the conclusion of the second round of negotiations in Manhasset, New York that the second round of Manhasset negotiations made "no progress" towards resolving the Western Sahara conflict, and Polisario Front "needs great courage to take the necessary decision to move things away from inertia.
