The chairman of the Royal Advisory Council for Saharan Affairs (CORCAS), Mr. Khalihenna Ould Errachid denounced on Monday in Rabat, the recent visit by some people in the Lahmada camps in Tindouf.

In a press statement, Mr. Ould Errachid said that these people have done something "immoral and unacceptable" by visiting the camps and meeting with the enemies of territorial integrity, saying that all countries refuse that its citizens conspire with another country against the national interests.

These individuals had received the royal pardon in April 2006 and enjoy freedoms of expression, movement and travel abroad, he said.

They met with international organizations of human rights which visited the region, such as the High Commissioner of the United Nations for Human Rights, the Parliamentary Committee of Inquiry under the European Parliament and Human Rights Watch , "he added.

The achievements made by Morocco internationally and regionally seem to bother the enemies of our territorial integrity, noted CORCAS chairman, stressing in this regard that the Moroccan autonomy proposal in the southern provinces is a "credible " proposal calling the sequestered in Tindouf wishing to join the motherland not to follow this " sterile "  approach.

Morocco, he added, is committed to completing its territorial integrity for the building of a united Arab Maghreb.
