The Jordanian news website (Juhayna News) analyzed in a recently published article, the close relationship between Polisario mercenaries and terrorist groups operating in the Sahel and Sahara region.

The news site also highlighted the threat posed by these groups and connection with Polisario in the entire region and the African continent.

According to the news site, Polisario formed alliances with terrorist groups operating in the Sahel insisting in this regard on the fact that the terrorist and criminal of the Sahel, known as Abu Adnan al-Sahrawi, was one of main Polisario leaders inside the Tindouf camps.

And so was his deputy, named Abdel Al-Hakim Al-Sahrawi, who was a former Polisario mercenary.

The analysis of the Jordanian site indicates that several operations to dismantle terrorist cells linked to jihadist groups active in the Sahel and Sahara region since 2008 have revealed links between Polisario and terrorism in the region, noting that the Tindouf camps have been in recent years a fertile ground for the emergence of terrorist movements.

The Jordanian news site reported that Polisario has taken advantage of the widespread availability and abundance of weapons from international trade in the Sahel-Saharan region, while its members joined the terrorist movements that abound in this region to implement the destructive agenda of this imaginary entity targeting Morocco.

The Jordanian media outlet points to the abundance of warlike statements made by Polisario representatives during their so-called conferences calling for terrorist acts against Morocco.

The news site confirmed that the Tindouf camps are considered mainly as a recruitment reserve of jihadists for the various terrorist organizations active in this region since the time of the Salafist Group for Preaching and Combat, which later became the Al-Qaeda Organization in the Islamic Maghreb.

He added that these camps have become today known headquarters to supply various organizations affiliated to "Daech" with terrorist candidates with the blessing and complicity of Polisario leadership, which operates under the command of the military regime of a country that continues to provide this so-called entity with political support, and contributes to perpetuate fifty years of violence, suffering and pain inflicted on the isolated inhabitants of the Tindouf camps by depriving them of their most basic rights to freedom of movement or expression and their right to a decent life.

It stressed that this collusion between Polisario and terrorist organizations is evidenced in the investigations conducted by the Moroccan anti-terrorist services and in the ongoing dismantling of terrorist cells.

The news site concluded by stressing the responsibility of the entire international community to intensify efforts to put an end to this new hotbed of extremism, which mortgages the future of the entire region and the continent.
