Malian newspaper "Lobe" said that Tindouf camps in Algeria is "a place deprived of rights and humanity", and where "undignified practices going back to slavery era " are still prevailing

In commenting the 2007 United States report on slavery, the Malian newspaper said that Polisario in the Tindouf camps exercises on Algerian soil "the most egregious practices at the expense of the dignity of people.

The paper pointed out that "the separatist movement continues to violate the rights of thousands of children, through systematic deportation towards Cuba, as a way to put pressure on their families in the Lhmada camps "

In the context of the practices that perpetuated slavery separatists, the newspaper mentioned the statements made recently by Alastralian reporters Daniel Fallshaw and Violetta Ayala and on "the continuation of these practices in the camps of shame"

The newspaper added that " journalists could witness discrimination between black slaves and their white masters during their stay last May in Tindouf, adding that that the journalists themselves were detained by Polisario to "prevent them from exposing the reality of slavery" in Tindouf
