During the meeting, attended by Dr. Maouelainin Ben Khallihenna Maouelainin, Secretary General and Mr. Khaddad Moussaoui CORCAS Vice chairman, Mr. Ould Errachid discussed the latest developments of the Sahara issue.

He emphasized the political negotiations under United Nations auspices, thanks to 2007 Moroccan Initiative granting autonomy to the Sahara region under Moroccan sovereignty, as a practical solution , just and final solution to the conflict.

The Brazilian parliamentary delegation is on a working visit to Morocco September 18-23, 2015, chaired by Mr. Cleber Verde, Chairman of the Parliamentary Brazil-Morocco Group.
