Khalihenna Ould Errachid made a presentation to the Malian delegation about the history of the artificial conflict over the Moroccan Sahara, the decolonization process that took place in several stages in addition to the autonomy content, to which Corcas contributed to its writing as a representative of the Sahrawi people.

He presented the broad powers that this project gives to people of the Sahara region in the management of their local affairs politically, economically, socially, culturally and especially the value of this initiative to allow the final settlement of the Sahara issue, which is a problem of tension in the region to allow focus on other challenges posed by extremist threats and trafficking of all kinds throughout the region.

The delegation accompanying the President of the Malian National Assembly consisted of Assarid Ag Imbarcaouane, 2nd Vice President, Haya Haîdara, Chairman of the Mali-Morocco Friendship Group, Mariko Minata, Representative of women deputies, Madou Diallo, Assembly Secretary General, Amadou Coulibaly, Chief of Protocol.
