An international campaign in support of the autonomy plan presented by Morocco for a final settlement of the Sahara issue was launched Saturday night in Seville (southern Spain) by a group of Moroccan associations in the Iberian country.
During this campaign launching ceremony, held at the headquarters of the Spanish Socialist Workers Party (PSOE) in the Andalusian capital, the general secretary of the National Network to support the autonomy of the Moroccan Sahara, association leaders, indicated that this initiative aims to help support, especially in the region of Andalusia, the position of Morocco regarding the Sahara issue.
Besides the National Network to support autonomy of the Moroccan Sahara, the campaign witnesses the participation of the Association of migrants in Andalusia and Europe, Spanish-Moroccan Institute Association, Federation of Barcelona Moroccan-Spanish Associations and Sahrawi Association Without Borders.
