The Chairman briefed members of the delegation, chaired by Ms. Gloria Pedeski, about the developments on the issue of territorial integrity and unity.

Following the conclusion of the visit, Ms. Gloria Pedeski said "Of course, what has been found out is different from what had been said to us, I believe that self-government is positive with central authority remaining with the state."  This view was shared by Mr. Pedro Mundorino - Member of the Italian delegation in a statement in which he said "I noticed an important development and came to know the truth. Now I will take the message to all Europeans that the solution is self-government "
