After kissing your hands, and expressing obedience and loyalty obligations, your servant Khalihenna Ould Errahid, chairman of the Royal Advisory Council for Saharan Affairs, is honoured to submit to Your Majesty this message, on his name and on behalf of all members of the Council, on the occasion of the conclusion of the Council’s extraordinary session that ordered to be held  on Friday, Joumada II 13, 1428 (June 29 2007). The session studied the latest developments of our national cause in the light of direct negotiations between the parties concerned on Monday and Tuesday 18 and 19 of this month, under the direct supervision of the representative of the Secretary-General of the Organization of the United Nations.

Majesty,
Your loyal members of the Royal Advisory Council for Saharan Affairs, as they deliberate on the latest developments in the case of our national integrity, express to your majesty our support to the creative initiatives that you are carrying out for the modernization of Moroccan society and its institutions through comprehensive and continuing reforms to build the Morocco of the future, a country of solidarity strong and prosperous .

Majesty,
On this occasion, we reiterate absolute and unconditional support to the autonomy initiative in the Sahara as the only, just and equitable solution satisfactory to all parties. This solution cannot be substituted by any other solution because it is based on good faith and agreed upon. It is based mainly on your bold, steadfast, unique, constructive and positive initiative that the world has seen its credible, serious, realistic character rooted in democracy.

It is the unique solution for the deadlock in as it guarantees the unity, security and stability of our country and offers for the Sahara inhabitants stability, dignity and welfare that would open the door wide to build a united Arab Maghreb.

The Council’s members believe that the policy of outstretched hand of peace and reconciliation adopted by your majesty remains the only way to find a solution consistent with the interests of our country and our people and ensure the return of expatriates in dignity and pride under the full sovereignty of the Kingdom of Morocco clinging to the national principles and shrines, faithful to the Holy Allegiance to your majesty.

We take this occasion to express to the country's dear and beloved monarch, and guarantor of its unity, Majesty King Mohammed VI, may God bless our pride for your care, support and encouragement to the Royal Advisory Council for Saharan Affairs in accordance your directives to achieve the noble goals and unite efforts. We always to be up to your aspirations
