Helpless before the resounding international successes achieved by Morocco in managing the Sahara conflict which is perfectly illustrated by the openings of consulates in Laâyoune and Dakhla, separatists can only see the extent of damage.
But this time the pill is hard to swallow, since the donor, on the verge of bankruptcy, due to the drying up of foreign currency inflows and corruption that plagues economy, is unable to fly to the rescue to remove its proteges from their bad posture.
