“It is a courageous initiative to reach a final settlement to the dispute”Mr Toure asserted while receiving at Bamako the state minister Mr Mohamed El Yazghi, who was accompanied with the Moroccan ambassador Mr Idriss Fadhil .
The Malian head of state added that the Moroccan proposal establishes “a favourable framework in order to reach a political and final solution of the dispute» specifying that Morocco “could always count on the understanding and support of Mali without any ambiguity”
He assured the state minister that Mali will vote for the candidature of Tangiers to organize the universal exposition 2012.
“It is obvious, he said, that Mali’s heart leans always besides the Kingdom of Morocco which it is linked to by centuries of common history”
Mr el yazghi is taking part of the 4th ministerial conference of the democratic communities which gather a hundred countries
